Shipping Options and Policy
The number of days for delivery estimated by all carriers does NOT include our 1-2 days of processing time. However, we can usually ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Delivery times listed are typical, but not currently guaranteed by the United States Postal Service. Long delays are now common due to the high volume of online ordering due to the Covid-19 pandemic, lack of sufficient transportation and understaffing.
Delays are occurring domestically as well as globally.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday and U.S. holidays. Delivery times are likely to be slower around holidays and are not guaranteed by USPS.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS - USA
USPS Priority Mail: 3-4 business days.
USPS Ground: 4-7 business days is typical. Some packages can take up to 2-1/2 weeks however.
USPS First Class: 3-7 business days for a thick envelope under 1 lb.
U.P.S. Overnight Service: Your order must be placed by 12 noon (12pm ET) the day before delivery is to be made. Call us to place your order before the cut-off time at (413) 773-0066.
U.P.S. Weekend Delivery: There may be an additional charge depending on the destination specified. If you need weekend delivery you must call to place your order to get accurate shipping costs and delivery times. The cut off is 12 noon (12pm ET) the day before delivery.
Our customers are responsible for any import duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees that may be required by your government before your package is released to you.
Before ordering, please contact your local government to inquire about any import duty required of you. These fees are different for each country, can be substantial, may change at any time, and are not included in our charges. The website called SimplyDuty.com can be helpful in determining the current fees for your destination if any are required but may not be all inclusive of fees required locally.
Delivery can be slow to some countries and delays can be caused if your package is inspected at your local customs office. Delivery times are not guaranteed by the carriers.
Check your EMAIL for your TRACKING NUMBER within two business days of placing your order. Don't forget to check your Spam Folder.
We strongly suggest tracking your package and calling your local postal carrier to inquire about your package if you do not receive a notification of delivery within the usual delivery time described below.
If the carrier returns your package to us for non-delivery we cannot be held responsible. Most carriers make 2 or 3 attempts to contact you before returning the package to us. UPS may try only once to notify you and then leave your package at an Access Point location for you to retrieve it there. If you neglect to pick up your package they will return it to us as abandoned or destroy the package.
If you can't track your package you may email or call us for help. We can track the package for you and usually ascertain the next needed steps to acquire your package.
Shipping to the United Kingdom and Europe: We now require a minimum order of $200 if shipping to the UK or Europe due to the new VAT regulations. (As a small company we do not have the staff or funds to manage VAT registration expenses and paperwork.) You may prefer ordering from a dealer in the UK or Europe. See our list of dealers.
SPAIN: You may wish to ensure delivery of your package by going the the https://www.adtpostales.com/# website. Provide the requested documents and get your order cleared through customs quickly.
United Kingdom: You can track your order using ParcelForce or the specific carrier, either UPS.com or USPS.com.
USPS Express Mail International, 3-5 business days, plus time spent in your customs office and one business day for us to process your order. Local import fees may be required at delivery time. Trackable online via usps.com if you are shipping to one of the following countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and Brazil. Ability to track package and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

USPS First Class Mail International Parcel, delivery time varies by country but is usually 7 to 21 days plus time spent in your customs office and one business day for us to process your order. Local import fees may be required at delivery time. Not trackable once your package leaves the USA. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. WE CURRENTLY ONLY OFFER FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL TO CANADA DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF PACKAGES LOST IN THE MAIL WHEN SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA USING THIS SERVICE.
U.P.S. INTERNATIONAL. Usually takes up to 7 days, plus time spent in your local customs office. We cannot guarantee a time for this service but it is very reliable. Offered to a small group of countries. Trackable.
