Pre-ordering Process

We are a small company that puts a high priority on customer service!

We can add a size and width of any style to our next factory order if what you need is currently out of stock.

• The order must be prepaid.
• Returnable.
  
• Cancel any time up until your order is shipped.
• Price guarantee. No extra fees.
  
• Delivery is approximately 6 months from our Closing Date. If you pre-order a shoe that is already on order your delivery is sooner.

While this is not a fast service, we regret that less common sizes, especially narrow sizes, cannot be kept in stock year round. This is our way of providing those sizes to you when possible.
