Refund policy

We gladly accept returns within 45 days of delivery.

Our customers pay to ship items back to us.

Within the USA, we pay the shipping on exchange orders.

Outside the USA, our customers pay the shipping both ways. Return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours receiving items returned.  We can only provide refunds on the original method of payment.

Shipping charges and VAT are not refundable once an order is shipped.

If you need to CANCEL AN ORDER, CALL US immediately and leave a message if it is out of store hours. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order, but if it hasn't left the building yet we can.
