Refund policy

We gladly accept returns within 45 days of delivery.

Refunds are normally processed within 24 hours receiving items returned.  We can only provide refunds on the original method of payment.

Shipping charges and VAT are not refundable once an order is shipped.

If you need to CANCEL AN ORDER, CALL US immediately and leave a message if it is out of store hours. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order, but if it hasn't left the building yet we can.

Call 1 (413) 773-0066. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 18 hours of receipt.  If we haven't shipped yet, then a full refund is given including VAT. Once the order is picked up by the carrier, we cannot process a cancelation or refund the order.
