Returns and Exchanges

RETURN STEPS:

  1. Complete Your Return Form (on the back of your invoice) and include with your shipment so we know how to process your shipment. Check off REFUND or EXCHANGE (for an exchange, write the size, width and color desired).
  2. Ship returns to: OrganMaster Shoes/Returns, 679 Mohawk Trail, Suite A, Shelburne Falls, MA 01370 USA.

INFORMATION:

  • Our customers pay the return shipping.
  • In the USA only, we pay to ship the new size out to you.
  • CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE USA ONLY: Our international customers pay the shipping for the new size. We will email an invoice for the shipping on your exchange order. Once the invoice is paid your new order will be dispatched immediately. If no payment is received after 15 days of email notice a refund will be processed. Check your spam folder for our emails. Please note: Shopify does not currently allow vendors to mark an exchange order as "returned goods/replacement" on the CUSTOMS FORM so your exchange order will also include any VAT or duty required similar to your original order.
  • Returns are accepted within 45 days of order fulfillment.
  • Refunds are usually processed within one business day of receipt and confirmed by e-mail.
  • Our bank sends the funds immediately to your bank. It can take up to ten days for your refund to be processed by your bank depending on the individual bank and country.
  • We cannot refund shipping costs or taxes.
  • Insure your package against loss and obtain a tracking number.
  • All carriers occasionally lose a package. We are not responsible for a package you ship to us which gets lost in the mail.

We accept returned items for any reason under the following conditions:

  • items are in original, unworn condition
  • sent in their original packaging
  • shipped back to us within a sturdy shipping box
  • Item was not sold as final sale or imperfect
