Returns and Exchanges
We accept returned items in their original condition in the original shoe box within 30 days of purchase.
Ship returns to our address: OrganMaster Shoes/Returns, 679 Mohawk Trail, Suite A, Shelburne Falls, MA 01370 USA.
Refunds are processed within one business day of receipt and confirmed by e-mail. Our bank sends the funds immediately to your bank. It can take up to ten days for your refund to be processed by your bank depending on the individual bank and country.
We cannot refund shipping costs.
Complete the Return Form (on the back of your invoice) and include with your shipment using any carrier. Place your shoes inside the shoebox and then put the shoe box inside a shipping box to ensure no damage occurs to the shoes or the original shoebox.
We carefully packaged your order and sent it in good condition to you. Please only return goods in the same condition to us.
Insure your package against loss and obtain a tracking number. All carriers occasionally lose a package. We are not responsible for a package you ship to us which gets lost in the mail.
Used shoes or damaged shoe boxes returned to us may not be granted a refund and will be disposed of.
Exchanges within the USA:
Exchanges are usually processed within one business day of our receiving your return. Include your Return Form saying what size you are returning and what size we should send to you. Pay the shipping back to us. For the first exchange, we are happy to pay the postage to send the new pair to you.
Alternatively, to receive your new order more quickly we recommend that you place a new order online immediately and return the original order for a refund. Make certain to check off REFUND on your Return Form. You will not receive free shipping with this method.
Exchanges outside the USA:
Our International customers pay all shipping costs. Please check with your local government office for information regarding import duty or taxes. These fees very from country to country and can change at any time. Once we receive your return your new order will be packaged and a link for payment of the shipping will be emailed to you. Please be looking for this email to avoid any delay in the process. Sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder so you may wish to check there. Once the shipping charge is paid your new package is released and sent on its way to you!
We cannot process exchanges from the UK or the EU due to the VAT. Please order locally from a dealer within your area. Find a stockist near you: Dealer List.
