Return Policy and Process

Complete Your Return Form (on the back of your invoice).

-Ship returns to: OrganMaster Shoes/Returns, 679 Mohawk Trail, Suite A, Shelburne Falls, MA 01370 USA.

-Our customers pay the return shipping.

-Returns are accepted within 45 days of order fulfillment.

-Refunds are usually processed within one business day of receipt and confirmed by e-mail.

-Our bank sends the funds immediately to your bank. It can take up to ten days for your refund to be processed by your bank depending on the individual bank and country.

-We cannot refund shipping costs or taxes.

-Insure your package against loss and obtain a tracking number. All carriers occasionally lose a package. We are not responsible for a package you ship to us which gets lost in the mail.

US Customers

Our customers pay the return shipping. We pay to ship the exchange items to you.

We accept returned items for any reason under the following conditions:

-items are in original, unworn condition

-sent in their original packaging

-shipped back to us within a sturdy shipping box

-returned within 45 days of fulfillment (or by Jan 31st if purchased in Oct, Nov or Dec)

-Item was not sold as final sale or imperfect

Follow the return directions on the back of your invoice which we put in the box we shipped to you. Simply check off refund or exchange. If exchanging shoes, write new size, width and color. Obtain postage with insurance against loss.

International Customers

Our customers pay the return shipping.

We cannot provide free shipping on exchange orders to our customers outside the USA.

Insure your package against loss. All carriers lose packages occasionally.

After obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment, place your new order online. When you place your new order online leave a note in the "Special Instructions" box at the bottom of the shopping cart page to let us know it is an exchange order. Include your original order number so we can mark the new order as "exchanged goods" so no further taxes or import duty are due.
