Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping:

USPS Priority Mail: 3-4 business days.
USPS Ground: 4-7 business days.
USPS First Class: 3-7 business days for a thick envelope under 1 lb.
U.P.S. Overnight Service: Your order must be placed by 12 noon the day before delivery is to be made. Order online or call us to place your order before the cut-off time.
U.P.S. Weekend Delivery: There may be an additional charge depending on the destination specified. If you need weekend delivery you must call to place your order to get accurate shipping costs and delivery times. The cut off is 12 noon the day before delivery. U.P.S. only offers this option to some locations.
- Delivery times listed are typical, but not currently guaranteed by the carriers.
- Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday and U.S. holidays. Delivery times are likely to be slower around holidays and are not guaranteed by USPS.
International Shipping:

- The customer's shipping address must be in English so as not to delay your order. We ship from the USA.
- All international orders are now shipped via DHL or UPS. DHL offers two services to most countries: Worldwide Express is very reliable and more expensive. The economy option is often about half the price of Express, but has occasional delays as the package is delivered by a DHL partner locally. For instance, packages can take 25 days from the US to Canada.
- If your country is not listed please contact us to see if we can add your country to destinations we ship to. Email: info@organmastershoes.com.
- If there is not a safe location to leave your package DHL may elect to return your package to the sender. Be sure to have an obvious and safe receptacle or area for package drop off.
- VAT is calculated automatically and added to your total on our website so there are no surprise costs at the point of delivery.
- Check your EMAIL for your TRACKING NUMBER within two business days of placing your order. Don't forget to check your Spam Folder.
- If the DHL returns your package to us for non-delivery we cannot be held responsible. Most carriers make 2 or 3 attempts to contact you before returning the package to us.
- Delivery can be slow to some countries and delays can be caused if your package is inspected at your local customs office.
- Delivery times are not guaranteed by the carriers.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of our customers.
