Dear Friends,

I just spoke with the factory today and we on are schedule for organ shoes to arrive the week of September 13th - 17th barring any further delays. It will take us a day or two to process the new stock and organize our warehouse.

Then a worldwind of shipping to our customers will begin with extra staff brought in to help. I know some of you have been waiting since March for your shoes. You will be shipped first.  When orders are shipped an email providing a tracking number is sent so you know your order is in transit.

If you should need to exchange your size, please do. The 30-day return policy begins when you receive your shoes (not when you ordered).

This has been a very difficult year for us all. However, I realize how lucky I am to be in business at the end of this pandemic (at least I hope we are nearing the end!). Your patience and kindness in emails and over the phone has meant a lot to me and my family.

We can't wait to ship orders! Thanks again for your patience and hanging in there with us.
