Refund policy

We gladly accept returns within 45 days of purchase.

Refunds are normally processed within 24 hours receiving items returned.  We can only provide refunds on the original method of payment.

Shipping charges and VAT are not refundable.

If you need to cancel an international order, CALL US immediately and leave a message if it is out of store hours. Call 1 (413) 773-0066. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 18 hours of receipt.  If we haven't shipped yet, then a full refund is given including VAT. Once the order is shipped, we cannot process a refund.
